    Shipping Policy

    Most Orders Ship Within 24 Hours
    Products typically ship out from our office within 24 hours. If any item is back-ordered, we will contact you to let you know your options.

    Shipping Methods
    All orders are shipped USPS. Your order will be shipped via the USPS method chosen at checkout.

    Where's My Stuff?
    Most orders shipping within the US take between 4-7 days to arrive. International orders take approximately 9-16 days to arrive.

    Online tracking is available for your order and we will include your tracking number with your shipping notification. If you have not received a shipping notification with 3-4 business days, please contact us for more information. We are here to help.

    Shipments
    Wherever possible, we try to ship in as few boxes as possible. In the event one product arrives and another one doesn't, but they were ordered at the same time, it may by highly likely they were split during shipment. Please wait 24 hours. If nothing arrives, then please contact us.

    Non-deliverable, Refused or Unclaimed Orders Packages returned to Dogfolk Enterprises as non-deliverable, refused or unclaimed for any reason will be processed as a standard return.

    Returns Policy

    We want your Dogfolk Enterprises experience to be a great one. That is why we are proud to offer our amazing "Hassle Free" Return Policy.

    Within the first 30 days if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order to the office for a full refund less shipping and handling.
    * Returns must be unused, in the condition you received them and in the original packaging.
    * We do not provide refunds for products that have been used or opened.

    We must have your correct email address in order to issue you a refund.
    We will inspect your return (provided the item is in new, unused condition) and promptly email you when we process your refund.
    Please note that items returned in used or damaged condition (scratches or markings of any kind) will not receive a refund.

    Sorry, but we cannot perform exchanges. All products returned to Dogfolk Enterprises are processed as returns according to the Returns Policy above. To exchange any unwanted item for something else, simply return the unwanted product, look for your refund to be applied to your account and order a new one online.
